Organos presented both an oral presentation and a poster at the 3rd World MPS Summit highlighting its technology. The talk, “Arrhythmogenic Drug Evaluation in a High Throughput 3D Cardiac Microtissue System”, showcased Organos’ HTS system, combined with in silico tools, to detect cardiac side effects in compounds. While the poster, “A Novel High Throughput Cardiac Microtissue Model for Drug Screening and Compound Discovery”, detailed the results of a 2000+ compound screen, its validation, and the novel inotropic compounds that were revealed.
